SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3

Adopting rules of the Senate.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the rules of the Senate in effect at the expiration of
the seventy-eighth Legislature are hereby adopted and shall
govern the proceedings of the regular sessions of the seventy-
ninth Legislature and any extraordinary sessions insofar as
applicable, subject to amendment as provided by Rule 60.
